Terms, conditions and privacy policy
1. General information

2. Orders and payments
Prices shown include VAT. The order becomes firm after telephone or email confirmation by our team. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, cash on delivery/pickup and invoice for companies.
3. Delivery and returns
We deliver across the Republic of Moldova. Orders confirmed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the condition they were received.
4. Personal data protection
Data provided through the forms on the site (name, email, phone, address) is used exclusively for processing your requests and orders. We do not transfer data to third parties and do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
5. Data retention period
Order data is kept for 3 years from the last interaction, for accounting and warranty purposes. Messages sent through the contact form are kept for 12 months and then deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and withdrawal of consent. For any request related to personal data write to newfuturetech.md@gmail.com or call +373 60 704 345; we reply within 30 days.
7. Cookie policy
The site uses only strictly necessary cookies: keeping your shopping cart, the selected language and the admin session. We do not use advertising cookies and do not track visitor behaviour for marketing purposes. You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings; in that case the cart and selected language will not be kept between visits.
