2. Orders and payments
Prices shown include VAT. The order becomes firm after telephone or email confirmation by our team. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, card, cash on delivery/pickup and invoice for companies.
3. Delivery and returns
We deliver across the Republic of Moldova. Orders confirmed before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in the condition they were received.
4. Personal data protection
Data provided through the forms on the site (name, email, phone, address) is used exclusively for processing your requests and orders. We do not transfer data to third parties and do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
